About Me
Hey, I’m Bianka—bodywork nerd, tension whisperer, and your go-to for real relief.
If you’ve found your way here, chances are your body’s been throwing some serious attitude—tight traps, stubborn knots, weird mystery aches… yeah, I see you. I specialize in intuitive pain relief bodywork that actually listens to your body (and maybe helps you listen to it too).
Since graduating massage school back in 2013, I’ve been on a mission to help folks feel better in their bodies—not just temporarily, but in a way that lasts. I don’t do cookie-cutter massage or the same rinse & repeat work, that’s why I had to strike out on my own! Every session is custom-built using a mix of skilled techniques, hot tools, and a dash of intuition to get you feeling more like you again. Think therapeutic meets cozy chaos—with cupping, compassion, and zero fluff.
When I’m not breaking up tension or decoding your traps like muscle Morse code, I’m probably chasing my curiosity through nature, live shows, documentaries or yet another hobby. I’m also a devoted plant mama (40+ and counting), music junkie, and fiercely proud wife and mama to my little Luna, who keeps me grounded and fills my days with inspiration and mischief.
Let’s get real, get loose, and get you feeling like you again—with me in your corner, ready to crush that tension and bring you back to life.
What I Believe
I believe your body’s been whispering—and maybe yelling—for a minute now. I believe in listening to it like it’s gospel.
I believe real healing isn’t polished or perfect. It’s messy, nonlinear, and sometimes shows up wrapped in sarcasm and a heating pad.
I believe rest is resistance. That softness is strength. And that your body deserves care before it’s screaming for it.
I believe in care that’s personalized, intentional, and deeply human—not a recycled routine with spa music slapped on it.
I believe in calling out tension and burnout like the rude little gremlins they are—and showing up with cupping, compassion, and a side of chaos to help kick ’em out.
And most of all, I believe you deserve to feel good. Like, actually good.
Why Do This Work
My journey into massage therapy wasn’t exactly planned—it was one of those shouty, spiritual-chancla-to-the-head moments. I was watching TV, half zoning out, when a commercial for Everest College came on and a voice straight-up yelled, “Get off your butt and do something with your life!” And I did. At the bottom of the screen, I saw Massage Therapy flash by—and something clicked.
I remembered massaging friends and family growing up, how natural it felt to care for people in that way. But I never thought it could actually be my thing—until that weirdly loud commercial turned into my cosmic wake-up call.
When I started school, I thought I was just picking up a trade. What I didn’t expect was how personal it would get. For nearly a decade, I thought I had arthritis in my leg—a doctor told me so, and I just… accepted it. But in massage school, while learning about anatomy and movement, we found the real issue: a muscle imbalance. Not arthritis. Not a life sentence. Just something my body could heal from—with the right support.
Once we worked on that hip and leg pain, I felt relief for the first time in years. And that was it for me. That moment cracked something open. I knew this wasn’t just a job—this was mine.
Now I show up with that same energy for every person who walks through my door. I know what it’s like to live with pain, to normalize tension, to feel like your body’s just always going to hurt. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
This work is about relief, freedom, and reconnection. With care, curiosity, and a little sass when needed, I help people come back to themselves—body, mind, and spirit.
So, if your body’s been yelling? I’m listening. And I’ve got hands ready to help.
